My training methods…

As a personal trainer, functional movement specialist & flexibility lover, I am exceptionally passionate about the way the body moves. I combine a range of training methods and disciplines that benefit one another, to build your strength, heighten your endurance, sculpt your core, improve your mobility, work wonders on your flexibility and ultimately help you reach the health and fitness goals you’ve dreamed of.

I will add a new dimension to your regime, focusing on form and alignment, core control and a fluid movement to increase mobility, flexibility, strength and endurance, ultimately sculpting one beautiful silhouette. 

Everyone is different, my programmes are bespoke to YOU & are designed to suit your lifestyle & meet your goals.

I train my clients to move their bodies to their optimum specialising in bodyweight exercises, with a focus on strength and conditioning, functional movement and mobility.  My bespoke programmes are designed to build strength, create long and lean limbs and to condition your body, whilst ensuring you remain nimble and able to move seamlessly through unexpected transitions, finding our inner primal state. 

In each class you will sweat and feel muscles you never knew existed. You will push your limits and reach your goals in fun and different ways. Each class incorporates a deep stretch to ensure you leave feeling relaxed, with a calm and focused mindset and an unshakeable smile, as you achieve your happiest and healthiest self.
