Private Sessions

I offer private sessions in Personal Training, Yoga, Stretch & Functional Movement.

I train my clients to move their bodies to their optimum; whether that be through flowing to their breath in a playful yet challenging yoga flow; or through the use of specialised bodyweight exercises, to strengthen & lengthen their muscles and condition & define their physique. Through the use of unique functional movement methods we increase your range of motion & improve your performance, mobility & flexibility. Core control, form & alignment are the backbone to every session.

If you are looking to hone in on your form and alignment, private classes are the one. Whether you're new to yoga or the personal training world or a fitness addict and yoga lover, I tailor my classes to meet your needs and to ensure you meet your health and wellness goals you've dreamed of.

You will learn to move your body in a way that is safe, yet effective and learn to love your body and all it is capable of.
