One-off Breakthrough Session
Do you need to kick start your journey to a healthier happier you? Then this back to basics session is just the thing for you.
In an hour-long session I will answer any questions you may have about the process of nutrition coaching, discuss your goals, and explore how we can work together on your unique wellness journey.
What you can expect to receive:
- To develop an enjoyable and flexible bespoke plan that will work for you and your lifestyle
- To discuss the significant elements of your daily life that in turn affect both your physical and mental wellbeing – relationships, career, physical activity and spiritual awareness
- To establish which factors present in your daily life affect you, how they do and what needs to be changed
- To understand your relationship with food
- To discuss your action steps and how to achieve and maintain your ideal weight
- Discover ways of how to boost and maximise your energy levels
- To discuss the importance of a balanced lifestyle and how you can feel amazing with just a few small, simple changes that will lead to long lasting results and daily habits
- This will be followed up with a phone call 2 weeks after our session to review your progress, developments and achievements
